Stock Availability
We aim to keep all the goods on our website in stock but we can only carry limited stocks of certain items due to their unique nature. We aim to remove out of stock items from the website immediately but, in the event of an ordered item being out of stock, despite our best efforts, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or to advise how long it will take us to obtain another identical or similar item.
Methods of Payment
Our preferred payment is PayPal. However you can also pay by cheque made payable to L. Houghton. If using this method of payment your goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. All prices shown on the SimplySnuggles website are in sterling (GBP)
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and we comply fully with the Data Protection Act. This means that all the information that you submit to us will be held with the utmost care and security in accordance with the Act. We will not retain any personal information for longer than we need to process your order correctly. We do not divulge any personal information to Third Parties and we will not send you any promotional material unless you have ticked the box to ask us to keep you informed of any Special Offers, Events or Promotions.
We will only contact you by telephone if there is a query regarding your order.
Shipping And Handling
We post throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and overseas. Most items will be delivered by Royal Mail, using either their First or Second Class or Parcel service. We aim to despatch all items within 5 days, we will contact you by email if there is a different timescale.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail from SimplySnuggles.
Refunds and Returns
SimplySnuggles are happy that you will be satisfied with the quality of our goods but, in the unlikely event of you not being delighted with your purchases you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery providing they remain complete, in their original condition, unused and still in their original packaging. Please e-mail us at sales@simplysnuggles.co.uk to request a returns number before sending your goods back as we are unable to refund unauthorised returns. Please note that our Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
Our Comforters are made with top quality fabrics made to a high standard with priority given to your baby’s safety.
If you find that an item is faulty, please mail us at sales@simplysnuggles.co.uk to arrange a refund or replacement. Returned faulty items will be refunded in full along with the original postage costs. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt of the faulty item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If, in the unlikely event of your goods having been damaged in transit please contact us at sales@simplysnuggles.co.uk to arrange a refund or replacement.
Site Security
SimplySnuggles take online security very seriously. PayPal processes all our on-line payments. When you place your order you will be directed to the PayPal secure servers. SimplySnuggles does not collect ANY credit/debit card information.
We guarantee to comply with the standards; procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
Errors and Omissions
Whilst SimplySnuggles take every care to ensure the veracity of any measurements, description and specifications of goods on our site we do not give any warranty as to their accuracy or completeness and will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from any such errors or omissions. Although the colour reproduction in the photographs of our products is as close as it possibly can be we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by our customers.
We reserve the right to alter or amend prices if it is found that they are inaccurate at time of order. We will notify you of any change should this become necessary before taking payment.
